We are a small but fine family business in sunny Pianizza di Sotto near Caldaro al Lago. We process the grapes from our vineyards in our own wine cellar with a lot of love and professionalism to make high-quality wines.

The passion for wine and agriculture has been passed on from generation to generation: this was also the case in 2019 when the Prälatenhof winery was handed over by Roland and Margareth to Stephan, who now manages together with his wife Tanja the winery.
Our goal is to work
in harmony with nature
The work in the vineyards is done by hand, with a lot of love and care. With a sure instinct, we try to emphasize the peculiarities of the individual varieties and locations in the best possible way. We attach great importance to sustainable cultivation in the vineyard and careful processing of the grapes in the cellar in order to transfer the characteristics that given by nature into the bottle.
