Pinot Bianco is a fresh and fruity wine with pleasant notes of apples, pear and notes of chamomile.

The vineyard is situated in Caldaro - Pianizza di Sotto on a calcareous, gravelly soil.

Food pairing

We recommend Pinot Bianco with appetizers and first courses, canederli, fish dishes or white meats. Also ideal with cheeses.

Aging: 2 to 4 years
